if you should require our cleaning service after your departure there

A security deposit of £100 (€125) per week is required
with the balance (refunded 14 days after departure) Before sending any
deposits please check that the dates you require are available. A deposit
is required before a booking can be confirmed and is non refundable.
We
would advise you to take out a Travel Insurance Policy with a Cancellation
Clause, such as Chez Nous/Europe Assistance, which may enable you to recover
non refundable moneys and would draw your attention to the Terms & Conditions
attached.
