Kercadoret

The house is situated just across the River Blavet and close to the picturesque riverside village of St Nicolas des Eaux - it is about 2 miles from La Maison Magique. It is set in beautiful grounds with secure boundaries and with panoramic views over the unspoilt countryside. The front and back gardens are secluded and not overlooked. Beyond the gardens there are hundreds of acres of woodland.

The house is spacious and well decorated throughout and the furnishings and décor are of a high standard. The house is fully centrally heated throughout. There is plenty of off-street parking to the side of the house.

On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with staircase to the upper floor and staircase to lower ground floor. The large lounge has comfortable sofas and armchairs and satellite TV, DVD and Video and has French doors leading out to the front garden with a small terrace area.

There is a well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and breakfast table and chairs and a downstairs bathroom with handbasin and shower and separate downstairs loo.

Also on the ground floor are two double bedrooms both with space for cot, and the dining room which can seat up to 12 people. Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor where there is a large garage with washing machine, dryer, freezer, pool table and table tennis table. A second large, fully fitted kitchen is also on this level with another fridge and cooker and lots of storage space. This leads out onto the very large South facing garden featuring a patio area with garden furniture and barbecue.

On the first floor all the rooms feature original beams and have hardwood floors. There are three further bedrooms – one very large room with 3 beds, a twin room and a double room with en-suite shower. The large family bathroom has a bath and a shower.

All bed linen is provided, bath and hand towels and tea towels (all changed weekly), and gas and electricity are also included. Cots, high chairs and buggies can be provided.

Kercadoret shares all the facilities of La Maison Magique – use of pool and all fishing equipment, games etc.

Changeover day is Saturday.
